Phil, I repeat. Nok can not do. NOK can not be serious about just signing QCOM's and IDC's CDMA licenses for fun only. Certainly I do not have that kind of money to throw away. To set up a CDMA R&D center in San Diego. To set up manufacturing facilities for doing CDMA phones, to spend funds for sales and marketing people to get businesses. We are talking about a couple of hundred millions since 1991. How much can Nokia afford to lose? Brian H.
