Fred, imo, PMCS management is superb, with huge lead in technology over competition. They are a major supplier to CSCO and LU (logic tells me that both have tried to 'buy them out') and deal mainly in 'highly profitable' products, where their extensive number of 'design wins' last a long time. They make ATM and Ethernet devices that are used in WANs and LANs for switching, mapping, protocol conversion, high-speed transmission, and multiplexing. Other network equipment manufacturers, including CSCO, LU and 3Com, integrate PMCS's products into their own Internet, remote-access, and corporate data networking applications. Wishing you well, dc
