Hi Taff,

I'm with you on this one! I've been accumulating at prices of .40, .30, and now .20. It does seem like an excellent story that no one knows about ...YET! I love these kind of plays: big blue sky potential on multiple fronts; depressed market cap; zero promotion; and deals with big players that don't make sense on the surface.

I called the office earlier this week and had no problem talking to "IR". I didn't get the guy's name (probably the prez or CFO) but he did answer my questions. He had no explanation for the current stock price. The deal with Talisman was still very much alive, and a financing to drill the Saskatchewan properties seemed imminent. The Iraqi oil shipments are on hold, but it is expected that Oilexco will be involved once Iraq agrees to the next round of oil-for-food. The Iraqi properties can be developed by Oilexco once UN sanctions are lifted, and at that point the potential impact to Oilexco's market cap is huge. This is a company who's market cap is just over $4MM CDN.

I also believe that the SE Saskatchewan properties have an excellent chance for a big discovery, hopefully during this winter's drilling season.

Bill.

Hi Taff
That wasn't mine that was pasted from the Stockman Newsletter, The reason, I presume, it's not available is that there were problems at the Stockman site. Repeat not my research.
