Wow what a ride today. Hopefully this one will follow Redhat up the charts. Great volume today on a light trading day. It would seem that the momentum players are behind SFTW.

Why? 3 words: Linux, Linux, Linux. Started with word of mouth at COMDEX, went from inside scoop to wildfire buying, sold off on daytrading profit trading, then the real serious buys came in today. According to one day chart I saw, several million shares traded in brief burst toward the close. If that was new institutional buying, we're on the runaway upslope. Who was selling? If it was shorts or MMs shorting, SFTW has a terrific base.
