Peter, GIC, Pace, Sony are installing mega # of digital settop boxes for VOD. How are [sic] each of these companies dealing with GMST? What does any of GIC, Pace or Sony have to do with VOD (Vodafone), which is a wireless carrier currently in the hunt for Mannesmann? I believe that GIC just lost an arbitration proceeding to GMST on GIC's unauthorized use of an infringing IPG. A second phase of the arbitral proceeding will determine the damage award. I believe Sony is a licensee. [Apologies to Stew, who will correct me if I am wrong.] Steve
