I'm not the right person to answer those questions WLD . . . maybe somebody else here is more familiar with the new exchange and can answer them for you.

I tend to think that having a new exchange isn't going to make a big difference if the players are still the same. They will find a way to manipulate stocks as they always have but they'll have to do it differently.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.
