They could never have that much in inventory, at any time. Anything over 10% and you are a reporting shareholder. We would have heard about it (and I dont even think it's allowed by law for a brokerage house). Also, selling your stock as a reporting sholder is an absolute quagmire. A house would never get in a bog like that.
