FG; that WAS the problem w/WCAP...it seemed too good to be true; most times they are, however, in the case of WCAP it was all true;

OSCR/SHPS...once the volume picks up....that will be the spark to ignite the fuse...you can even see on the daily graph how the MM's were trying to buy cheap stock which will be sold back to investors for double & triple the price in the very near future;

the question is, do investors want to buy stock on high volume after the price has jumped ? or buy on little volume and take a risk on a future price increase & then sell into a wave of panic buying ? ...I think the latter scenario makes a little more sense...sw
