Your not blowing smoke at all...It was the best way that I could think of to draw an answer out of you...

Your so much better at the grammatics than I am...<GGGGGG>...

Regarding UBS/vse... Without getting into Sedar, your probably right...They more than likely did a ton of financings for UBS at lower prices, therefore the much higher "fully diluted" share composition (including insider options) in the company and they should have the right to unload paper into their clients and others at higher price points...

If they couldn't do it, they wouldn't have been in bizz for the length of time they have been...

Risk factor on their part is extremely high and there is no question about it....

I quess my biggest quarel with them is the lower share float issues... I just hate when they hammer da chit outta those puppies for the benefit of insider's only...

I know that we pick on them, 'cause they are the most highly obvious ones, as they more than likely discount the commissions sufficiently enough to squeese out the other brokerage firms, especially if they handle the company's financings...

I guess I watch the HP's to much and I especially look to see where CC is conducting most of their "action"... One might call it My Baromter...<ggg>

Anyway's gotta go get the pizza... ELH#1 is apparently flaring and things could definitely heat up for that play next week...

Later...
