Don't expect holiday rally this year because...

Low volume, last year daily volume averaged 15 million shares a day. Last weeks average volume was less that 3.5 million. That's over 75% less volume than last year, even with the NASDAQ setting volume records.

Y2K concerns will surprise investors who thought that there would be no affect to the downside.

There are many other stocks that traders are playing for their momentum plays. YHOO has fallen out of favor with most of them. See volume for verification of this.

Fed concerns have not gone away. There is increased talk of the possibility that they may raise rates again in December, despite Y2K concerns.

Last year there was a drop in price after the Thanksgiving rally... this time, it may continue lower through the New Year.
