PDQ - I carry it in my pocket - It is big, but not too big to carry around. You can't clip it on your belt however. My wife has the Thin phone, and basically, wherever you can put the Thin Phone, you can put the PDQ. I don't know what the transmission speed is, but it is quicker than when I access the net from my laptop through the phone line (AOL). I don't believe it is actually a quicker speed, but the lack of graphics makes up the difference. I was already used to carrying around my PalmPilot anyway.
