Christine, I do think that Ballard is still overpriced. There are what I feel are better alternatives to Ballard's PEM fuel cell. One is also a Canadian stock on the Toronta called GLE. There is a thread on them here. Also I bought Plug Power, which I bought the day the IPO started trading. it's not doing much yet, but I think that it will. They will actually be selling a refrigerator sized house unit in about 1 1/2 years that will produce electricity silently from gas or propane at a rate comparable to current line rates. There are a lot of remote places where it is not feasible to run power lines that will now be possible to build a house. A side benefit is free hot water. Del
