That's the $64,000 question, isn't it? Whether this place can survive without you. My take on it is that you are needed to keep it all together, at least from time to time. And you were sorely missed. I can't count the times that someone would remark, plaintively, that Christine wasn't here.

Christine, Penni did show up from time to time, to try to pour oil on the seething waters, but if I remember correctly, she got painted as a bad guy for her pains. Sometimes it's better just to lie low -- lower than the grass, as they say. <g>
