From Steve Harmon's e-mail bag 11/26/99:
cnbc.com

Money Talk: ACTV, Inc. seems to be totally unrecognized by the Street, yet it
has started to move up this past week. Do you think that ACTV, Inc. or Liberate
Technologies is better positioned to gain on this interactive TV experience and
what are your thoughts on the sector in general?
Harmon: I have been a fan of ACTV, Inc. {IATV} for several months based on
the notion that TV and Web are melding bits and pieces of each medium into
the other. The best part of ACTV in my mind was John Malone (of AT&T's
Liberty Media Group) and his ability, if he so chooses, to assist ACTV in the
interactive set top space. Beyond technology, its value is associated with who's
involved.
