JPR: I hope they get the damn 'Smerch' as quickly as possible since there is no point in sustaining unreasonable casualties in case of further misadventures by you know who. If they don't have the money all they need to do is let the public know, I don't mind sending my share. BTW you know how much money just the Indian Army alone got as donations from the public for the Kargil thing? 183 crores ($42 mil)or so the last time looked and that is just the Army,there are others like Newspapers and other private organizations who received money as well, so in reality the total could be much higher.
