JGoren - Good point. You could argue that this is the window within which to move. Would it undermine the value of the tracking stock if they switched, and hence called for all this additional investment now, right when the tracking stock is getting floated. And the tracking stock is the lifebuoy that is saving the value of ATT stock in general. I guess we have a confluence of events and the engineering considerations say "go" , maybe the marketing considerations say "go now or never go" and the finance considerations say, " don't even think about it."
