That sounds like excellent advice but my problem is that my short term picks are Healtheon and Oracle ... Healtheon is a newsy thing, and Oracle just pulled back 10 points, so I don't know... I agree the overall naz looks mighty toppy...

Msft is really a problem for the naz and dow now too, imo. Its such a huge percentage and at this point totally exception-driven. There was one day last week where msft was up (I think it was the Posner thing) and nobody else was... nonetheless the naz had a great day if you were looking at just the index. I guess this must have been the case when IBM dominated, too.

The only problem with playing this particular bear is that the good stuff has been going up faster than the broad market has been going down!
