ECHO is my pick of the week.

No news out on this one but the stock did see some increased volume last week and unusual activity. Keep an eye on it. May be a dark horse.

Thanks S.W... Weekend's a good time for BROWSING Potential Investments...

oscm.net

This Link will give an idea of the Depth of OSCR and the existing potential in spinning off a portion of some of their subsidiaries, such as CMR... Of course, the intention would be to create more Wealth and usable Capital for future developments, while retaining full control of the new Company....

I have become convinced we are watching the first toddler-like paces of what will become a HUGE CONGLOMERATE, LEADER in various new Internet related fields.... It's all there laid out in front of our very eyes: all we have to do is open wide to see and understand the implications... Here is what they were up to, back in March....

Shopss.Com Funds CMR Reindeer Fax Rollout...

BROOKLYN, N.Y., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Shopss.Com (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR ) the developer of the innovative shopss.com web site, announced today that it had received a commitment for the financing needed to complete the build out of a network of international IP gateways for voice and CMR Reindeer fax traffic. Installation of the first U.S. gateways is expected to be completed in April. Limited service is expected to be available in April with the network becoming fully operational in May.

"The commitment for financing received from a division of one of the major international banks is expected to be sufficient to build out and begin full operations of our planned network, although we may seek additional funding for other products or services at a later date," said Israel M. Rosenfeld, OSCR chief executive. "We have already made an initial payment to CMR Communications for delivery of their innovative Reindeer fax services. These services will be available through our public IP gateways and will also be available to members of our Shopss.com shopping service," he added.

One Stop Car of Florida is a communications company specializing in developing and marketing Fast Internet applications. It recently announced agreements in principle with Science Dynamics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SIDY) to develop an IP Video-Phone and Set-Top Subsystems and with CMR Communications to offer CMR's Reindeer suite of real time fax over Internet services. OSCR plans to install gateways for facsimile and other IP phone services worldwide. For investor information about the Company, please e-mail SELF@aol.com..

BTW, the sooner they drop the "One Stop Car" previous name, the better.. Clearly, Management's minds must have been busy with more important Developments, however time has definitely come...

Time to take another look at PERL finance.yahoo.com

Market Capitalization $23.2M
Shares Outstanding 7.74M
Float 3.20M

HUGE jump after sleeping forever since it hit NAS (formerly PERLF, an old fav position trader of mine between 2 3/8 and 3.) Opened @$3, high of $6, back in 4's.

I think it's going higher...small float, net infrastructure, plus other net deals. Don't know the full story on the jump yet, but I figured I'd mention it for Monday. It may finally "be discovered" along with ADSP and the rest, or it may just be the latest 'MO pick, but my gut tells me the new interest should maintain this price level and head north.

Regards,
-Mark
