All, I just read on the Raging Bull site, the Crystallex forum, that KRY and SUF may have news next month on the Uruguay joint venture. Drilling? I'll try to find out during the mining conference beginning tomorrow in San Francisco.

Hello Shaw,

I don't know how the tax-loss selling may play out. If I wanted a loss on my SUF holdings, but still liked the potential of their many projects, I'd probably have sold already to buy back in the next little while, before or around the expected good news on several fronts. But not everyone looks forward as much, and it wouldn't surprise me if some larger shareholders jockey some stock around before year end. I hope they don't whack bids, a la Canacrap a couple weeks back.

It would be a shame if SUF had good news on one or several fronts, only to have the good news met by merciless selling.

One of the reasons that I've been critical of management recently is the continuing delay on news from all fronts. This has further eroded confidence, and were it not for the large support from FM, this stock would be well under $2. I just cross my fingers and hope there is no "sell on news" action once we finally get some good news. It would be a great shame for a positive announcement on Messina to be lost in a round of tax-loss selling.

With SUF having a board meeting in RSA later this week, it seems doubtful that SUF mgmt has constructed any plan to deal with any large blocks that may be for sale, much in the same fashion that they have conducted themselves recently.

Its too bad that no one at SUF has stood up to support shareholders.

Just my thoughts,
