I guess we don't have the same definition of what a shell really is Ray. But I do understand what you are trying to get at...

Now, what if CMGI had 60/70% of its assets in cash at a certain point in time... Would you consider it a shell?

I know JDX is just starting out and that is probably the reason why you qualify it as being a shell. I guess we will have to wait and see the quality of the deals ... until then, we'll all enjoy the ride be it up or down.

Hi Ray; congratulations for such a civil response to AK, I would have been tempted to reply with something snarky, for example: "Of course I read it and so did the market and the stock is up 3 cents on the week".

I think you're right, we have a ways to go and must be patient and keep our expectations reasonable.
