There is some question about W-CDMA, but most of us are pretty confident Q will receive royalties.

While I know I have written this before (in my summary from the Disruptive Innovation Conference), I think it is useful to repeat periodically.

Per Paul Jacobs re: CDMA or W-CDMA he said 'we [QCOM] get royalties on both.'
