If, . .I'd say that it is short-sellers that have the ceiling on ZNDT .. .looking like an aircraft carrier, as Kevin pointed out. . . but what they don't realize is that when they least expect it. . . this issue will suddenly rip to $20, leaving them with margin calls. . . I would never be able to sleep holding a short position in a low float stock. . .all it takes is one newsletter or a news item to burst through that ceiling. . . then if momentum traders catch wind of it, the micro-float will see it double or more in a matter of minutes.
As we saw in ADSP this week. . .the risk should never outweigh the reward. Rest assured in this. . .

When a low float stock gets wireless and Linux news read over CNBC by Joe Kernan on the day before Thanksgiving, don't short-sell against it. . .

I would buy any one of those stories. . .but to get all 6 on the same issue? ADSP was a professional daytraders dream come true! We knew that the market makers and professional shorters would be taking the day off and we bet accordingly. That is just good trading nothing more. We did the same thing last Thanksgiving. . . .when I saw a 16 bagger on BAMM.

Now I would like to know what sort of guidance the hundreds of short-sellers with heavy margin calls at 54 from 13 are getting. They bet 25k and are being asked for 100k margin call. I very much feel and sympathize with those folks and certainly welcome any questions they may have.

Now ZNDT is in a similar category as ADSP, the way that Asia stocks have been heating up. . . next time we'll have to call in some big guns to get it to budge. And folks, that is just plain good trading. . .it is done on both sides of the ball.

It brings up an unrelated thought. . . .you don't need to score on a dozen different issues in a months time. . . you can make substantial gains by being consistent with just one or two issues. . .if you play them perfectly. . . .often we are our worst trading enemies. . .making mistakes, then having to try to make it up by playing riskier issues.
Plan the trade and trade the plan. . . .and CONSTANTLY RE-EVALUATE!!
