Go to the Forte home, follow Developer -> Product -> Literature and scroll down to the section on the 4GL and you will see the entry there. You then have to fill out a name and address form before you can download it.

Yes, and I then get a box that says "JavaScript Error" and complains about something having to do with downloading documents. Perhaps you could e-mail me a copy.
