CSCO telco aversion: You're right, CSCO has this small radius mentality. If it is too far away from their door step, they don't go for it. If it is too culturally apart from they refrain from going for it. (perhaps they don't want to risk spreading to thin, which Is undertandable) ERICY is similar. They love to partner with Icelandic, Finnish, Norwegians or Danish. Their radius end in Britain. Scandinavians don't feel comfortable with dissimilar cultures. This does not augur well in this globalization world. In this regard Lucent is at an advantage vis a bis ERICY and CSCO.
