Is that about TFPI?, this is from Chiron, not antibacterial, but anticoagulation, some good results in animals. I do not know anything on human use of Tissue Factor Plasma Inhibitor for sepsis, it seems Chiron is looking for multiple uses of the substance, well they have deep pockets.

If TFPI works, and If bpi works, they could be used together since they have very different mechanisms of action.
