Copied from RB just as a reminder :)

What iVoice gets from an Alliance Partnership is a tremendous amount of exposure (and in a
sense, endorsement), especially if their partners believe they have a superior product which
Nuance, Nortel, Telrad and Inter-Tel seem to believe.

Examples:

Nuance - said Dan Enthoven, Director of call center partners and channels for Nuance. "The
addition of iVoice.com to the Nuance Partner Alliance will give our customers another valuable
option for quickly creating open and standards-based speech applications." The Nuance/iVoice
package results in a revolutionary streamlined speech-enabled system that reaches across all
industries, with a world-class application development environment. "Insight", the award-winning
multi-application software platform from iVoice, is one of the most flexible computer telephony,
open architecture available today.

Inter-Tel - ... sales from Inter-Tel's 20 direct offices and over 250 distributors worldwide is a
projected revenue of $10,000,000.00 over the next 3 years. This is related to Inter-Tel putting IVR
software in their NT server system, and every system shipped will have IVOC's software
included. The agreement calls for IVOC to do all the application work for each system sold, which
will give us additional revenues for the data base development work. The Company has already
provided an integration of it's IVR system with Inter-Tel's proprietary voice mail system. Inter-Tel
also has announced that it will migrate to NT.

Nortel - The Northern Telecom agreement allows the Company to market direct to all of Northern
dealers worldwide. Northern is placing IVOC in their catalog as an IVR Solution which they are
supporting. Northern has invited the Company to demonstrate it's product to all their sales people
so they can re-sell it to the dealers. Northern is also considering the Company for either a direct
OEM arrangement or a close distributor agreement. The Northern potential is 71,000 current
Norstar installations worldwide.

Telrad Agreement - Telrad has released all of it's telephone interrogations to IVOC for the
purposes of integrating the IVR with the phone system. This will allow for a complete IVR,
Computer Telephony and Call Center application. Telrad believes that with our technology and
their distribution, they will have the only full-blown Computer and Telephone integration in the
mid-size market. Telrad plans to distribute our application platform to all of it's 450 distributors
nationwide. Their dealers would come to IVOC for development of the industry applications.
Telrad would sell our Application Generator. IVOC would get real revenue from each Application
Generator sold and would get all the development work for each dealer.

I think iVoice is very serious about being a major player in this field and are proving it and are well
positioned. It takes money to make money, and they aren't wasting it. The Company appears to
be very focused.
