Robert - that's the way I understand LPTHW. They convert for $6.50 into one share of lptha and one lpthz warrant, which then converts for $8.75 into another share of lptha. The Co. can force conversion if the average price for 30 days holds over a certain level. I forget the exact price, but with any more action, we could be looking at conversion in the next month or so. If warrants are called, some will sell rather than convert, causing the price to drop somewhat. Arbitrage will probably keep them from dropping too far.
