If you have ordered from them before, they send you a $10 coupon.
On the non-profit, make sure you have all the IRS forms filled out properly. Also your state's, plus a tax exempt form. Most of that stuff is ridiculous. I was treasurer of our figure skating club for several years, and the paperwork was daunting.
BTW, I put my first SI member on "ignore".
