Has anyone gotten HyperTV to work yet? My experience was exceedingly frustrating, and I've about given up. I downloaded the plug-in but missed the fact that I had to register on the hypertv.com site. So I spent 10 minutes wading around tbssuperstation.com trying to find out how to get cyberbond started. Finally I went to hypertv.com to register and they said that they'd e-mail me a password. no password after 5 mins or so. So I couldn't get in. Not just that, but I gave junk info for my password question and answer so I couldn't get my password that way. So I re-registered, and then when they didn't e-mail me my password, I clicked on the "forgot password" and they gave it to me. That was good. So I logged in, and get a hypertv window that says over and over again: "downloading - JBond.rsc" But there is no activity going over my modem, so I'm not actually downloading anything. So much for cyberbond. I know that we have at least one POP that can handle 100k simultaneous users, but have no idea how many people are logged in and using this. But regardless, HyperTV needs to clean up their registration system. Not just that, but what sort of web plug-in requires you to give name, address, marital status, birthday, etc. before downloading? Unreal. I'm a shareholder so I gave them the info (the company already has all my info since I'm a shareholder) but if I'd run into questions like that for a normal plug-in I wouldn't have downloaded. Thank goodness they didn't ask for a phone number or else I wouldn't have signed up - I hate telemarketers with a passion.). Anyway, I'm hoping that this is just first episode glitches. I'm not much of a bond fan but I wanted to check out hypertv. Maybe tomorrow or the next day things will be straightened out? -Mike
