Sergio,

You mentioned HBI on Fri. so I've been doing some comparison shopping between them and HD. Book on HBI is 10+ while HD is 6+.

HD same store sales grew at 10% while HBI only hit 2%. Size does make a difference in the home improvement arena as HD has 156K employees to less than 10K for HBI. Net Profit Margin for HBI is just under 2% while HD is over 5%,,and we wonder why one is trading at high 70's while the other is less than 4.

The only plus I see to HBI is that they have a PE of less than 10, HD's is well over 100 with a 3/2 stock split coming up in Dec. If HBI could only trade at half of HD's PE it would be a 20 dollar stock.

TA wise I think the stock will see 3 again before it sees 4.
