Hey John you survived the dart contest....<<I'm now heading out to my favorite little divey pub on St. Marks place in NYC, where good conversation, cheap intoxicants, a smokin' blues juke box, and darts can be found.>>>

I'm anticipating a good week...

MJ

Thanks Mooter & John

John really appreciated your late Oct 99 summary linked by another poster. What likelihood do either of you see as VLNC testing the 8.50 level shortly? Unfortunately I seem to get certain conflicts with realplayer installed so removed it some time ago. Is there a text version of the CC??

I do value Larry's opinion and he was very up front identifying himself as a cynic. Of course, I've never been in favor of thread pollution by either cheerleaders or ranters. Don't know if that's the objection. Personally, I've always found it beneficial to have civil well reasoned positions stated for both sides. I believe everyone benefits, whether short or long.

I have no personal opinion of Lev, I was summarizing what appeared to be an ongoing pro/con dialog of awhile ago....it seems to continue. I do believe management MUST be forthright and noncontradictory, it appears this is a problem for Lev?

Again thanks guys, for rehashing what's probably old hat. BTW, anyone want to take a stab on the technical merits of Co (ULBI) vs Mag(VLNC)? It still appears to me the higher density of Co and the "safety" of Mag will end up being driven by marketing rather than technicals. Just like the technically superior Beta VCR never was able to overcome the first to market VHS. Of course there we were dealing with some substantial long established companies.

Can anyone speak to what Lev is doing to tie up different market segments versus ULBIs efforts. THIS is where I believe VLNC is made or broken, if they first overcome financing issues with major long term backing.
