<< an interview a few years ago that Bezos gave which he was described as being extremely frugal. To the extent that he drove a little Honda, and lived with his family in a little loft. Well a few months before that article, I happened to be visiting a friend that lived on the Lake. We were walking his property when he pointed out to me, that's where Bezos lives. I said "I thought he lived in a little Loft?" I was informed that he paid $12mil for that little loft, and he had BMW's in his driveway. My Gal friend asked me if it was legal to give such a misleading interview. I told her yes, its legal but your looking at Public Relations at its best. >> Less than 18 mos ago they were still reporting that Bezos' desk was an old door laid across two sawhorses.
