Larry, Are you Short?

This is not meant as inflammatory but to add clarity to my understanding. If you are short, at what price and what's your target price for cover.

This is the reverse of the question I asked John and your answer is another way of identifying if the thread expects a retracement. I personally don't short and am just getting a feel whether I should wait for a logically lower entry.

Larry,

You are really starting to strain too hard. You don't know who was selling other shares prior to financing - you speculated. And the floorless, for all intents and purposes, is defunct - only $ 3.5 mm out of $ 15 mm remaining, and it begins to work 40% below current market levels.

If you persist in believing that things have not changed in the past months since the company has (1) financed successfully, (2) had 70% or so of the floorless converted, and (3) announced a purchase order, then be my guest.

If you are so confident that future financings will be accompanied by a decline in pricing, as you have stated in the past, then short the stock. Have the courage of your prattle.

You talk confidently of the chances that the SEC documents and questionable nature of the "test" p.o. have rendered the situation essentially unchanged. So have you shorted the stock???? Of course not.

Until you take a position in the stock, you are fluff, "all sound and fury, signifying nothing!"
