I agree with you on the spirit of your comments.
I agree not to play pennies.
I agree not to play shorts on momentum stocks.
I also think a well balanced portfolio of long term turtle plays,
shorter term position plays and a much smaller percentage for momentum stocks seems correct.
I took a small position long on ADSP on Wednesday and sold Friday.
My max loss would have been a couple points (that is what I thought anyway).
Worked well in retrospect as I expected 5 points max.
