Cisco Reportedly to Unveil Plans for Wireless Tech NEW YORK (Reuters) - Cisco Systems Inc., (NasdaqNM:CSCO - news) the world's biggest maker of computer networking equipment, plans to unveil on Wednesday plans to provide wireless technology for both voice telephone service and Internet access, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. The fixed, or nonmobile, wireless technology would be an alternative to high-speed digital telephone lines and cable television Internet modems.
