i realize that it's a popular thing to do to bash aol (when was the last time you heard someone say, "that aol, they're the greatest!"?) but they have a cool feature with their email among members. if one member sends to another, it's then possible to check the status of the email, i.e. if it's been read or not and if so, when the party opened it. additionally, and i think this is the cool part, you can unsend your email to someone as long as they haven't opened it yet! this is perfect for your sentiment... " I get up to two whole days to think up an apology for what I put in my message". aol's multiple screename capability is also cool for surfing and receiving spam under one name and giving out the 'master' name only to friends and associates. i keep aol as one of three isp's. i get it for free because of their reward points plan, which is by itself a good feature. end of aol commercial. <g3> :) mark
