Well said Gary. I think one of the frustrations of representing truth is that you would think it would be self-evident -- since it is true ! And the more you try to explain your position the more you get labeled as someone "who doth protest too much". So there's a lot to be said for gaining "political support" and being persuasive. I know this from real life because I'm an engineer. It's fairly well known that many engineers may have command of the facts but cannot express themselves convincingly. They often lose battles to management and marketting even though they are essentially right. My personality is half engineer, half game show host. So imagine the credibility problems I must have !
