Leslie, TXCI was already a reporting company when they got their "E." They obviously just had a small compliance issue that they were able to wrap up quickly. HGRM hasn't filed anything with the SEC yet as far as I can tell. A search of Free Edgar on both the name and the ticker turns up nothing. And it isn't just a matter of them submitting something and being done with it. There's a back and forth process with the SEC whereby it's reviewed and commented on and further information requested. The companies must then resubmit.
