Steve. I made the initial call to inquire about lead times. I mentioned that I was a shareholder and Terry responded that shareholders were eligible for discounts. She took my name, and then I hung up as I decided on the configuration I wanted. I called back to her direct line and left a message with the exact model and cart number. She called back about 15 minutes later and had the whole thing worked out. I assume she did some research to verify that I was a Compaq shareholder before calling me back. Russ
