I might add that your comments about pre-boomers as a group border on age discrimination. I'm sorry you didn't get the type of answer you were looking for. One never knows what will come up when a topic is open to discussion. Sorry if you felt discriminated against - perhaps it will help to raise the level of empathy toward others who feel discriminated against.
