Networm, you're echoing questions we've asked of Larry many times, and which he even asks, rhetorically I think, of himself.

"The question is, where does one make money looking forward? At $10 and based on what we know right now, VLNC is not my choice."

[My response]
Then why are you here?....
......if you're not looking for an entry point and you're not invested, then you shouldn't even be wasting your or anyone else's time here. You seem to be bent on finding reasons why one shouldn't invest in Valence instead of defining parameters for which one should.

My point, Networm, is that his posts all seem to be deconstructive. I'm still convinced that he is a part of a short coalition which, in concert with Castle Creek, tried to ruin Valence's ability to secure financing earlier in the year. To me, everything he says about his history with Valence is probably pure fiction. I don't believe he ever has or intends to be a long investor in Valence. Of course this is my opinion.

Rather a confrontational message and certainly not informative but I'll answer ya anyway.

Most good tech stocks are running 100 to 300 per share, out of my league. The ULBIs and VLNCs are not at 3 or 5 or 7 or 10 per share but are pure speculation approached with caution and at the cheapest cost.

As to TYC, I don't view this as a tech stock, don't think many others do either, it's a good conglomerate which at 36 per share was a bargain and is a good holding. I do own 100 shares of TYC.

Certainly don't think this contradicts my statement that my pockets aren't deep! I also make a big distinction between TYC and VLNC, maybe you don't.

Hope this satisfies your curiosity Richard.
