New IPO fund taking in so much money it's closing already! + top ten 1999 Funds (YTD thru 24 Nov.): Top ten funds - with some appropriate cautions: thestreet.com Comment: Radio analyst this AM felt that the recent inflow of money to Japan was not warranted (they still have not bitten the financial bullet and written off a lot of bad debts, nor let banks fail, etc.). He also thought that part of the reason money is chasing overseas stocks (especially Japan) is that most people see little Y2K fear at this point.
