What really burns me up is when super-strict observant Jains come to dine with me. First they never wear anything suitable, have those damned servants sweeping in front of them when they walk so they won't kill a worm (a lot they care if my worms get bruised by the broom and I have to rub them with Absorbine, Jr. and wrap them up), then they have to force the food through the gauze they wear over their mouths so they won't kill any of the maggots in my food. It makes them mumble hideously and I always miss their Sanskrit jokes. Talk about "holier than thou!" I'd rather have the Pope drop in for tea.
