Richard, I have been a subscriber to Dr. Richebacher's letter for several years and I think his analysis is outstanding . In his Sept. 96 and March 97 letters he laid out his reasons for his view that the SE Asian " economic miracle" was built on a financial bubble that was bound to burst. He saw the SEA economies as " teetering on the edge of a cliff" I am surprised by the length of time that AGs reckless rate cuts have bought the world but I do not believe we are out of the woods yet.
