Larry: "It is my speculation that the massive selling we have seen immediately prior to each purchase by Daddy Warbucks is Daddy Warbucks pre-selling his shares." Hmmm....interesting speculation, one easy to prove/disprove via a conversation with a certain transfer agent. I'll start by saying we know the second tranche was given over to HSBC. You should be able to find out, via a simple phone call, whether this same entity received numbers 3 and 4. ;-) As for your other comment about having to stoop to own a stock in order to comment....well...I'm in whole-hearted agreement with your position. BUT(you knew there'd be a but, eh?), come on.....you've been here over the past year or so, acting and writing as diligently as anyone actually having a position in this equity. And this is to the point of posting large numbers of times, and over extended periods. Ya gotta admit, your actions beg the obvious question as I'm gonna assume your time is as valuable as everyone else who DOES have a commitment(either long OR short) to a VLNC position. But hey, this is all about VLNC, an equity that seems to be operating(currently) counter to your stance, a clear indication that the market ain't listening to ya. But to be fair I'll also say this also isn't to say it's listening to the long position. It's simply performing based on market dynamics. So will that dynamic continue in an upward direction? My bet is it will(after a proper bit of basing). However, we're just gonna have to watch and see. I hope you find a point, with time, where you feel strong enough to commit to a position, either long and short. Pssst, just be sure to tell the rest of us when you do! ;-) John~
