The value of solid leadership on a thread is best evidenced by the now-leaderless Rambus thread, which has degenerated into a lot of finger-pointing and oneupmanship.

As a long time lurker and rare contributor, I really value what everyone on this thread brings to the party. Not to say I have not been occasionally bothered or even insulted by a comment. Hey, free speech in the interest of a common objective is the only way something like this thread can reach its full potential.

Let's get back to work. I hear the apes in the woods.
