No...

The house sold. Not too many for sale in the area I want to live and I cant afford a newer or larger house but the one that I had my eye on was just perfect with 2BR and a killer view (wide angle) of the Pacific with steps down to the beach and a large brick patio with a hot tub out back. The price was 999,000 and most of the houses that go up for sale around here and alittle up and down the coast are worth well over a million. I could probably get 425,000 for my 2BR condo my realtor says (and a friend of mine) but to be able to buy non-contingent I would have to keep it under a million. Unless I ask dad for a loan. Which I would never do. Not only was that house perfect and on a great street in Encinitas but I know some of the surfers who live there cause I run into them in town, at the local restaurants and on the beach/waves.
