CT: It is obvious that you didn't read the transcripts or the media reports of how the judge conducted himself during the trial. It would have been retarded of any observer not to see the judge's impartiality. Therefore his "findings of facts" were only surprising in that he could not wait for the conclusions in law to present his one sided conclusions. Thus he has left himself searching for ways to put a respectable spin on this kangaroo-court like decision. You like the judge are a MSFT hater and you have not read the transcripts. I sometimes wonder why you and others of your ilk waste your invective over here on a board that is comprised of serious MSFT shareholders. Or do you see yourself as our conscience?JFD
