ALL, Why is it that anyone believes at this point that the SEC is prohibiting anything????? Does anyone have any hard evidence of this? Hard evidence would be a statement from the SEC or NASD....DCTC PR and "someone" who spoke to Murphy certainly don't count... All I see are filings of writeoffs, announcements of a new auditor, mention of a new form of financing indicating a need for cash being filled(one would assume it to be used to support some form of DCTC business entity). I am blind to anything else of a non-official nature so all this SEC talk is jibber to me... ex-VI
