Expanding on letter 'G' Charles. I think there's another factor; It's difficult to name a more quality equity on the planet. There are many global dollars flowing into SUNW in much the same way as GE. We're finally getting full value for the quality of SUNW.

Charles, in addition to all of your well reasoned points, I respectfully add the following:

1. McNeally's appointment to the GE board is, in my mind, very significant. The potential alliances that may be formed as a result of that appointment are not to be underestimated. The appointment gives McNealy much more credibility.

2. The MSFT antitrust decision. MSFT is going to get a spanking, at the very least. IMHO, MSFT will never again be the company it once was, and will have to be much more circumspect about the way it deals with other companies. McNealy and SUNW, who spearheaded the move against MSFT, will reap the benefits of MSFT's misfortune. Like him or not, McNealy is a pretty gutsy guy. Personally, I like the guy. I like what he's accomplished and I admire his fighting spirit.

3. As a concomitant to point 2. I believe there is money flowing out of MSFT and into SUNW, AOL, ORCL and others similarly situated. I believe this process will continue.

Regards,

Tecinvestor

Donald Selkin of Joseph Gunnar was on Bloomberg Television this morning. He shows up fairly frequently on the various financial networks
207.235.5.146 and this morning he indicated that SUNW should be bought on weakness
207.235.5.146 . He mentioned several companies and focused on stocks in the wireless sector like QCOM, AVX, CHP, OMP

I agree that SUNW is richly priced by historical standards. Your list is compelling. That's why I sold half of my SUNW holdings and waiting for a pullback to move on. Nothing goes up forever.
